March construction on the SigEp House met some challenges with Mother Nature, but still continued at a steady pace. Much of the interior plumbing, networking and electrical were completed. Excavation of the grounds began, along with the footers for the new columns. The roof had been scheduled to be replaced in March, but due to the rain it was delayed – work should be completed in the next few weeks.
