We have a very important Alumni Planning Retreat coming up February 19-20 at the Talley Ho Inn in Townsend, Tennessee. We have 5 very important topics on the agenda this year:
1. Training on the Balanced Man Program
2. The Chapter Mentoring Committee
3. Restructuring of the Alumni Assoc. into an Alumni Volunteer Corporation
4. A proposal on a Facilities Management Contract
5. Update on the Active Chapter and the Alumni Advisory Council
This may very well be the most important retreat we have ever held and we need a lot of attendance and input. If you can join us, please plan to do so. You may drive up Saturday morning for the meeting (starts at 9:00) or come up Friday evening for a social at the cottage and stay at the Talley Ho. Rooms are available by calling 1-800-448-2465 and telling them you are with the Sigma Phi Epsilon group. We should finish the meeting sometime mid-afternoon on Saturday. We will have dinner at the cottage on Saturday night for those who wish to stay over until Sunday.
