The success of Tennessee Alpha, and of Sigma Phi Epsilon nationwide, depends on our volunteers. Locally in Knoxville, our volunteers provide the guidance, direction, and energy needed for a strong, innovative Fraternity.

Volunteers

Now more than ever, a chapter needs volunteers to be successful, high performing, and a valuable college experience. Volunteers mentor chapter officers and others, provide “subject matter experts” to facilitate member development programs, and encourage brothers to build relationships in the community as well as the university.
